Richard R. Dwyer was appointed executive vice president of business operations for Helen of Troy Limited, a designer, developer and worldwide marketer of brand name personal care products and household consumer products. Dwyer will oversee the company’s distribution and logistics department, the sales operations department, the information technology department and the consumer services function.
